\u010c\u00ednsky jazyk<\/strong><\/p>\n

Konfuciova u\u010deb\u0148a \u010d\u00ednskej medic\u00edny okrem v\u00fdu\u010dby z\u00e1kladov \u010d\u00ednskej medic\u00edny, pon\u00faka \u0161tudentom FZ SZU a verejnosti aj kurzy \u010d\u00ednskeho jazyka. Ovl\u00e1da\u0165 z\u00e1klady \u010d\u00edn\u0161tiny je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 nielen pre odborn\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie (n\u00e1zvoslovie v akupunkt\u00fare, akupres\u00fare, fytoterapi\u00ed, at\u010f), ale aj do bud\u00facnosti pre pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie mo\u017enosti pokra\u010duj\u00faceho \u0161t\u00fadia v \u010c\u00edne.<\/p>\n

\u010c\u00ednsky jazyk je pomerne n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd na zvl\u00e1dnutie najm\u00e4 v za\u010diatkoch, no nie je to ni\u010d nere\u00e1lne. Nie s\u00fa potrebn\u00e9 \u017eiadne \u0161peci\u00e1lne predpoklady \u010di talent.<\/p>\n

V\u00fdu\u010dbu povedie Mgr.Marek \u0160koluda, u\u010dite\u013e \u010d\u00ednskeho jazyka a bojov\u00fdch a zdravotn\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed v r\u00e1mci Konfuciovej u\u010debne. Je znalec \u010d\u00edn\u0161tiny so \u0161t\u00e1tnou sk\u00fa\u0161kou na FiFUK Bratislava, m\u00e1 mnohoro\u010dn\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti s akt\u00edvnym vyu\u017eit\u00edm \u010d\u00edn\u0161tiny v praxi po\u010das mnoh\u00fdch pobytov v \u010c\u00edne.<\/p>\n

Po\u010das v\u00fdu\u010dby bud\u00fa pou\u017eit\u00e9 u\u010debnice v slovenskom jazyku, tak\u017ee nie je potrebn\u00e9 ovl\u00e1da\u0165 \u010fa\u013e\u0161\u00ed cudz\u00ed jazyk. V r\u00e1mci Konfuciov\u00fdch in\u0161tit\u00fatov a u\u010debn\u00ed na Slovensku je mo\u017en\u00e9 absolvova\u0165 aj medzin\u00e1rodne uzn\u00e1van\u00e9 jazykov\u00e9 sk\u00fa\u0161ky HSK.<\/p>\n

\u010c\u00ednske bojov\u00e9 umenia a zdravotn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia <\/strong><\/p>\n

Konfuciova u\u010deb\u0148a \u010d\u00ednskej medic\u00edny okrem tradi\u010dn\u00fdch s\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed v\u00fdu\u010dby (z\u00e1klady T\u010cM, mas\u00e1\u017ee, tuina,…) pon\u00faka aj mo\u017enos\u0165 nau\u010di\u0165 sa z\u00e1klady \u010d\u00ednskych tradi\u010dn\u00fdch pohybov\u00fdch umen\u00ed, v\u0161eobecne ozna\u010dovan\u00fdch pojmom wushu (u n\u00e1s aj kungfu).<\/p>\n

S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou wushu s\u00fa aj st\u00e1le viac ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9 cvi\u010denia so zdravotn\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinkami, ako napr\u00edklad taijiquan, baguazhang, qigong, yangshenggong at\u010f.<\/p>\n

Vyu\u010duj\u00facim je Mgr. Marek \u0160koluda, absolvent sinol\u00f3gie na UK Bratislava. Bojov\u00fdm umeniam a zdravotn\u00fdm cvi\u010deniam sa venuje vy\u0161e 30rokov, je rodinn\u00fdm \u017eiakom v troch \u0161kol\u00e1ch priamo v \u010c\u00edne. Absolvoval viacero pobytov zameran\u00fdch pr\u00e1ve na cvi\u010denie wushu, \u00faspe\u0161ne reprezentoval Slovensko na mnoh\u00fdch s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiach nielen doma, ale aj na celosvetovej \u00farovni.<\/p>\n

Zdravotn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia ako taijiquan alebo qigong m\u00f4\u017eu cvi\u010dencovi pom\u00f4c\u0165 odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 mnoh\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, najm\u00e4 tzv. civiliza\u010dn\u00e9, t. j. probl\u00e9my s chrbticou, k\u013abami, skr\u00e1ten\u00e9 svaly a \u0161\u013eachy, ale aj probl\u00e9my s\u00favisiace s tr\u00e1ven\u00edm, d\u00fdchan\u00edm a pod.<\/p>\n

Na cvi\u010denie nie s\u00fa potrebn\u00e9 \u017eiadne \u0161peci\u00e1lne predpoklady ani pom\u00f4cky, sta\u010d\u00ed vo\u013en\u00e9 oble\u010denie, obuv s ten\u0161ou podr\u00e1\u017ekou a samozrejme chu\u0165 do cvi\u010denia \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
